ADHPRO are RISC Registered Experts and in respect of this role have developed products which are beneficial when exploring the merits of Entitlement and Liability of a case, they are:
- Our Quantum Expertise will utilise Risk Reviews to evaluate and report on the viability and correct valuation of Quantum matters including Variations, Changes or Compensation Events. The Risk Review identifies the strengths and weaknesses of the Claims and provides a cost benefit analysis for developing the Client’s case to the next level.
- Our Delay Expertise can use Commercially Focussed Delay Analysis to quickly establish at a high level or focussed on a narrow point the key issues in respect to delays, the causes and the most likely effect. This form of analysis identifies the strengths and weaknesses of the Claims and provides a cost benefit analysis for developing the Client’s case to the next level.
- Our Construction Experience Provides Expertise in relation to Defective Workmanship, Materials & or Design, the inspection, analysis, and remedial actions we recommend almost always feed into items 1 & 2 above therefore we are able to provide a report that sets out the overall impact of any given defect/s without the need for additional expert input in relation to Quantum & or Delay.
