About the Practice

A rare combination of legal and construction expertise.

ADHPRO Consulting is the practice of Andrew Howard — a Chartered Surveyor, Chartered Builder and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, supported by an LLB in Law, an MBA, and diplomas in both Arbitration and Adjudication.

Andrew spent thirty-four years in senior construction roles before founding ADHPRO in 2018. That practical grounding — estimator, quantity surveyor, contracts manager, director — underpins every expert report, adjudication decision and quantum analysis the practice produces.
