ADHPRO Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 12018930, with registered office at 3 Monmouth Close, Chard, Somerset, TA20 1HQ. For the purposes of the UK GDPR we are the Data Controller of personal data you provide to us.

- Contact details you provide by email, telephone or through the website enquiry form (name, organisation, email address, telephone number)
- Information contained in enquiries, instructions, documents and correspondence you send us
- Information necessary to carry out conflict checks
- Records and correspondence required to deliver adjudication, expert witness and quantum services
3. Why we process it (lawful bases)
- Performance of a contract — to provide the services you have instructed us to provide
- Legitimate interests — to respond to enquiries, conduct conflict checks, and administer the practice
- Legal obligation — to comply with applicable professional, tax and regulatory obligations
- Consent — where given (for example by submitting the enquiry form)
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal data. We may share it with:
- Instructing solicitors, barristers and parties to the matter, where necessary to discharge our instructions
- Tribunals, courts, adjudicator-nominating bodies and regulators, where required
- Professional advisors (accountants, insurers, IT providers) bound by duties of confidence
5. How long we keep it
We retain records of instructions and correspondence for the periods required by our professional obligations and applicable limitation periods. Enquiry correspondence that does not result in an instruction is typically retained for no longer than twelve months.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to request access to, rectification of, or erasure of your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights please contact ah@adhpro.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
